The Gather GVL received mention on Commercial Construction and Renovation’s list of 2021 CCR Project Profile Awards.
In cooperation with Base360 and McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, DEVITA provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for this outdoor vending space.
The build’s unique design consists of repurposed and new shipping containers that enclose a large courtyard. The Gather GVL also added a second floor for seating, bringing its total space up to 6,107 square feet. The build sits on a desirable .5 acres of property in South Carolina’s beautiful downtown Greenville.
The Gather GVL has become a place where people can connect with their community while enjoying local craft beer, lobster rolls, or acai bowls.
