In cooperation with Equip Studio, DEVITA was able to help create a new outdoor gathering space for events, farmer’s markets, live music, and other exciting opportunities for the community of Florence, SC! A derelict, structurally unsound building was leveled to create this new space that combines tenant spaces for the farmer’s market with storage and office space, as well as a prep kitchen to supplement food trucks.
