Shannon Epps, PE serves as electrical department manager within the firm’s MEPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural) Division. In addition to overseeing the technical excellence of DEVITA’s electrical engineering work, he is an active leader and project manager serving the firm’s government and healthcare client base.
Since 2007, James Williams, PE has led DEVITA’s branch office in Petersburg, Virginia. A trusted and recognized leader within DEVITA’s Precast Division, James is active in the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Precast/Prestressed Institute (PCI). He acts as a project manager and lead structural engineer for a variety of the division’s projects.
