Catherine Warfel, PE was promoted to Engineering Manager within our Precast Division. Catherine will oversee the career development of the division’s engineering professionals, as well as the team’s scheduling and planning functions. Chad Reeves, PE was promoted to Chief Engineer and will serve as the division’s technical expert, ensuring continuing technical excellence and engineering quality assurance.
