Project DescriptionThe facility consists of 65,000 sf of manufacturing space and 10,000 sf of office space. Mechanical services included design of the HVAC for offices and manufacturing areas and a compressed air system and loop with takeoff points for compressed air branch piping. Plumbing services included design of water supply lines, sanitary waste lines, and plant effluent waste lines, with run-off for machining operations. Lighting and power distribution design was provided for the office manufacturing areas. Structural design included the foundation for the office and manufacturing areas, and structural steel for the mezzanine and front canopy.
