DescriptionDEVITA provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural engineering services, for a multifamily development in Richmond, Virginia. The project consisted of a six-story wrap-style building totaling 265 apartment units, with a 9,000 SF clubhouse integrated into the structure and an attached parking deck providing 378 spaces. In addition to engineer-of-record services, DEVITA’s specialty precast division provided shop ticket detailing for the precast concrete portion of the project.
