Project DescriptionDEVITA provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the Fr8yard restaurant project. The project consisted of new construction, ground-up, and Little Caesar’s Prototype. Fr8yard is a 1/3-acre parcel of land located between two buildings in downtown Spartanburg, SC that was transformed into a vibrant beer garden. Fr8yard has ample outdoor seating that allows patrons to enjoy delicious cuisine and live music, relax by the fire pit, play bocce ball, and watch sports on a massive LED digital screen.
