DescriptionDeVita & Associates, Inc. collaborated with Geheber Lewis Associates on this project. DEVITA provided Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Structural design and specifications for the project. The project consisted of 270 apartment units. There will be two retail shell spaces designed as a “Cold Dark Shell” within two of the apartment buildings. One building will have at least one elevator and trash compactor, enclosed stairwells and open corridors. One of the apartment buildings will have a leasing office and clubhouse on the lower level centered roughly estimated 6,500 s.f.
