As Branch Project Director for the MEPS Division in our Greenville, South Carolina office, Patrick provides leadership and oversight for project delivery across a wide range of markets. With 18 years of experience at DEVITA, he is responsible for design supervision and overall multi-discipline project coordination, helping ensure technical excellence and consistent project execution.
Patrick’s project experience includes new construction and renovations for senior living, multifamily, mixed-use, municipal, recreational, historic buildings, museums, theaters, higher education scientific laboratories, industrial manufacturing facilities, hospitality, commercial, and retail projects.
