Services Provided: Architectural Precast Concrete Panels and Cornices
About the Project: DeVita & Associates, Inc. designed and detailed the architectural concrete wall panels, cornices, and screenwalls for the project. The panels consisted of various mix designs and finish requirements within the same panel. The panel thickness also varied from 3 ½”, 7 ½”, and 8 ½” within the same panels to give the architectural appearance of several false columns. The project was unique in that each panel required a new form (mold) drawing to be poured. There were approximately 110 molds that were required to be constructed. The panels were also designed to accept future vertical expansion.
