Greenville engineering firm DeVita & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that it is providing precast engineering and design services for the new and updated Cleveland Street YMCA.  The 66,000 square foot facility consists of precast portions including the gymnasium, child care center and administration area.  

For maximum efficiency and durability, the walls of the new structure are thermal efficient insulated prestressed-precast concrete with an exterior finish that is a combination of cast in thin-set brick and exposed blasted concrete.  The architect for this project is Pazdan-Smith Group and the precast producer is Metromont.  The new construction is expected to be completed in January 2008.
