Vacation & Holidays

Time to rest and renew is encouraged at DEVITA, which is why we offer an excellent Time Off with Pay (TOWP) program. This puts our employees in charge of when and how they spend the time off that they've earned. Permanent, full-time employees can earn up to four (4) weeks, and after 5 years of employment, employees can begin earning additional Time Off with Pay, up to six (6) weeks.

Half-Day Fridays

We can all use a longer weekend, so that's why DEVITA offers employees half-day Fridays. Our normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday.

Flexible Work Environment

We want our employees to strike a happy balance between work and family life, and we offer a flexible work environment to do just that. Flexible work schedules, a compressed week and other arrangements are offered on an individual basis. We are proud to offer a business casual workplace.

Basic Life Insurance

Coverage for employees is provided by DEVITA, and additional coverage for dependents is available.

Health Plan

DEVITA offers a comprehensive medical plan that includes co-pays, a prescription drug program, hospital and medical services, and emergency medical care.

Dental Plan

An excellent dental plan is offered that covers 100% of preventive dental care, 80% of basic services, and 50% of major services.

Vision Plan

A comprehensive vision plan that offers coverage for eye exams, glasses, contacts, and frames.

Disability Insurance

DEVITA offers both short and long-term disability insurance plans to assist employees in times of need.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Employees can choose to use pre-tax dollars in a flexible spending account to pay dependent care expenses and certain medical expenses.

105 Plan

The 105 Plan is a medical deductible reimbursement plan which allows employees to be reimbursed for medical deductible expenses incurred by the employee or their dependents if covered under the employer's health plan.

Retirement 401(k)

To help our employees build long-term financial stability, DEVITA offers a 401(k) retirement plan. A company match is calculated on up to 6% of salary, with a maximum match of 2%. A graduated vesting schedule is in place for employer contributions.

ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)

DEVITA announced in 2008 the formation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Under the terms of the plan, each employee's stake in the Plan vests over time.
